ASMR £1 vs £100 Makeup Products (Whispered) 

it's so hard to decide if i should stay awake to watch because i'm interested or fall asleep to the video because it's so relaxing 😭

I always found that when it comes to cheaper brands, the fun cosmetic products (lipstick, eyeshadow, blush etc) are usually fine or even quite good, but it’s always best to stick with the high end for the base products (foundation, concealer, bronzer, primer etc)

Sophie, Do one side of the face with the cheap makeup and the other side with the fancy makeup pleaseeeee

Just a tip, if you are having issues with the blush or color swatches, you are wiping your hand on the makeup wipe and then right away swatching...which your finger still has remover residue(damp) on your finger..which could effect your swatches and powders... also try scrapping off the top layer of your tarte blush lightly, could be buildup on the top if its not that the color is too light 😊

when I saw the thumbnail I thought they were some lipsticks from your plastic/wooden makeup collection! that might be funny, to do a video comparing the quality of your fake makeup

I think it would be awesome if you could do a wear test on these. Half of the face cheap side and the other half expensive and see how it lasts throughout the day!

Some of Poundland makeup is ok not everything! The foundation can be ABIT sweaty,and shiny! if that makes sense but there lipglosses are good but people pay stupid money for make up anyway!

This is such an interesting video, I love how you always come up with great concepts. (Sophie your nails in this video are to die for!)

This may have been said already but… the concealer may have been runny due to the settling upon shipment. Foundations and other liquid based cosmetics can do the same thing which leaves more liquid on top. So we sometimes have to shake it up really well prior to application.
