Nice bag. Thats great youve kept that bag so white in two years. I wouldve had that thing stained and brown😂 i do work in a dusty nasty plant though.

I would def get anxiety a lot before getting to my locker and the thing was I avoided going a lot and I have horrible memory and would forget the locker code 😂😂😂 but when you mentioned that I felt it ….. it all came back I’ve been out of school for 7 years

Do something we used to call negatives .. im not sure if thats the right thing but thats what wr called them before i had to stop lifting. Example -;If youre doing bench press push like normal but let the weight down to your chest as slow as you can or when curling let your arm/ weight down as slow as you can and curl back up... Just do that with every exercise every so often. Its a nice switch up

My gym bag is a mess. Partly because I’m a powerlifter and partly because it’s just a big duffel and is completely unorganized. I keep thinking of getting one of those nicer ones like the Youngla but haven’t pulled the trigger yet
