hand sounds my beloved!!! also re: the dry hands, many common market lotions have such a high percentage of alcohol, parabens, fragrances, or even some salicylic acid bc it's cheaper to mass-produce lotions with those as their main ingredients instead of moisturizing agents. if you're not already using a brand of lotion that's made specifically for dry skin and checked the ingredients to make sure it's mostly stuff like nut oil or beeswax or glycolic acid or something like that, i'd recommend you do so!!

oh, my hands are extremely dry all the time except summer! all i can do is use lotions like 10 times every day. and this lotion tubes are literally everywhere in my house. thank you for the video! your hand sounds are very nice as always

Definitely get dry palms as well- doesn’t bother me most of the time but when they get really bad I will do an overnight “hand mask”. Just cover my hands in petroleum jelly then put nitrile gloves over them & sleep with that overnight. Wash it off in the morning. Has always made them feel better by morning.

Your dry palms are probably due to how you work with your hands so much. The friction can cause it. I don’t know if they sell it in Germany but if you can try a product called “working hands” or the brand aquaphor sells a hand mask that helps.

I work with wastewater so I'm constantly washing my hands. My palms and fingertips get super dry so I'm always oiling them.

consider food intolerances, I get really dry palms and fingers if I have certain grains that my body can't process.

I think dry hands in general in just genetic. Obviously if you wash it too much, or use some extravagant stuff on your hands they will dry out, but imo, it's genetics, something we can't change reliably atm.

Dry palms dont bother me, but the back of the hands is dry is REALLY bad. It feels as if someone spread glue on my skin, it dried up and is pullling on my skin. It is absolutely annoying. Dry palms, i never even thought about dry palms...
