Bonggil is probably the best ASMR artist I know of, all of the content is high quality and I think he deserves a lot more subscribers. He is one of my favorite youtubers! I love how he always enjoys the food with a big smile on his face😊😊

I like to watch clean, calm mukbangs like bonggil and boki because it makes me feel like I don't need to eat. I know it's not healthy but it makes my eating disorder thoughts go away for a while. Also the asmr helps me sleep
Don't you just love it when people smile while eating? It's a part of self love cuz believe it or not half of us don't enjoy eating our food even if we call ourselves " foodies " we're always thinking about something and being apprehensive. When someone smiles while eating it just shows they are present in moment and are truly enjoying the food. When you don't enjoy the food you're bound to get hungry later and crave for uhhh snacks maybe. A little mind trick ig but mostly importantly " self love " 💜 enjoy the food. If you're using food to cope with your sadness, eat to make yourself happy not to help you stay trapped in that uhhh sad mental state.
