With this sound and the soft whisper, it’s almost as if an angel is communicating. This would be great both for motivation after first waking up, and when you’re ready to call it a day. I will say that I go through many moments of analysis paralysis; guess it’s a feature of my mind. I always love how kind and gentle you are when giving affirmations.
