Karen Christine first of all, i just wanted to say, i feel your pain! that feeling is the worst and i hope some of what i day is helpful ❤️ if you are able (as in, having adequate time) to sleep more in the morning, i would try indulging in what helps you sleep. for example, cool temperatures and tapping asmr really help me sleep. if i ever wake up too early, i try to do both. figure out what things really help you sleep so you can at least attempt to get some more rest before deciding to just wake up for the day. although these aren’t “solutions” per-se, however, a really big cause for waking up and not being able to fall back asleep (or just not sleeping in general) is stress. i know you’ve probably heard that a thousand times but it’s super true. even if it’s subconscious stress, it can have a giant impact on how you sleep. villa actually did a video awhile back about falling asleep and staying asleep. and the video features tips on how to combat that possible contributing stress. here’s the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N8VaQ_sgorA.html. melatonin is another thing that helps some people sleep through the night. i know some people know more about it than others but i’d suggest melatonin gummies because you can get them anywhere and they’re super effective! if you find that you really can’t fall asleep again after these things, i would definitely focus on keeping a consistent sleeping schedule. perhaps that may entail falling asleep earlier so you can “make up” the hours lost by waking up early. i hope some of this helps! if you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out 😊
