this video is gorgeous as always ❤️ just curious, is there a no music video for the speakeasy video? it’s one of my favorites!! hope you’re having a lovely week Erin xx
I wondered about that! Okay, switching over there to avoid being jolted awake! You’d think they would learn to put low volume ads on the ASMR videos. One can only hope. ☺️
Erin's 20s looks are very fantastical and exaggerated. Even flappers who wore too much makeup and film and theater actresses didn't wear that much eyeshadow and definitely no highlighters. It's just a 1920 fantasy 💄😎
Anybody else think she should do a series where she reads bed time story’s? Just a comfy background, soft jumpers and reading like Peter rabbit or something like that?
The attention to detail is astounding. I always find myself wondering how you find so many amazing props! And also how you could possibly manage to store all of them. Thank you Erin :) for sharing your light and creativity with the world!
she actually takes some modern props and adds labels on to make it seem more 20s, you can see when she has the oil blotting paper the label is a free asset you can find online and it says balsamic vinegarette in french
I think I discovered the lore behind the 1920's series: The Librarian Lady, the Woman of the Perfume Shop and the Speakeasy are the distant relatives of the Valley Girl Celebrity Assistant 😝 Erin we need a Show-and-tell of her showing family antique stuff!!!
So much world building, characterization, and detail in your videos. Feels so personal and creative, but also really polished and beautiful. I hope you see this and know that I sincerely value your craft and appreciate that you can take me to another world for a bit.
aaa yes another 1920’s video! this is my absolute favorite series on the channel (apart from the babblebrook series) the atmosphere and vibe, the costumes and props are absolutely amazing i just love all of it!! def know what i’m listening to tonigjt
@@Rogue849 she created it and the characters! as far as i’m aware and could find anything regarding babblebrook all leads back to her, it’s her own original series and universe
I agree! I was at work and got the notification for her uploads and seen it was a 1920’s role play and my day immediately got better I love these and the ‘quite a strange’ series!! ❤️
Erin thank you so much! The sounds of your nails against the Beads are divine! And your whispers are always lovely. Your attention to detail-the setting, music, hair and makeup-is astounding. Your effortless style -just wow.
You have the right to feel glamorous and shiny ✨🌸 you can shop online if you feel uncomfortable 💜 but please take care and be proud of wearing make-up 🥰
The last I had a counter lady do my makeup, it looked terrible(I have a naturally tanned complexion). If Erin knew what colors would flatter me, I'd let her do my makeup.
I feel like the name of this character would be Pearl! I feel like it fits with her personality very nicely. Pearl's Background: 23 years old Lives on 86th street in New York Full name: Pearl Eva Rose Mallieffer Partner: Theodore (Theo) Mallieffer Children: none Pets: a toy-sized poodle named Vanilla Originally from East Harlem, New York Favorite color is Sunshine yellow Hobbies: going to the cinema with her husband Theo, bike riding with her cousin Sandy. That's all folks!!!
I would love Erin to go completely out of pocket and make a 60s hippy video getting us ready for a festival☮️ can imagine the midsommer vibes like background and cute headband/ makeup she’d wear !!
i'm gonna need a 1920's murder mystery asmr! Erin could be the detective and we could either be the dead body (kinda grim i know) or maybe a witness! She'll ask questions and inspect, i'd love to see something like that 🥰
Yes but if Erin was a suspect instead, telling us her account of events. "Of course I didn't kill him..." *cell block tango plays softly in the background* he had it coming, he had it coming. it was a murder but not a crime
Sometimes I don’t even know what she’s saying, but her voice is perfect for asmr videos! I’ve been listening to this every night and still fall asleep perfectly🤍
These 1920s role plays are my absolute favorite. It’s amazing how many props Erin has, how perfect her attention to detail is- this is truly an artistic masterpiece.
The commitment to detail is insane. Erin, you are so talented!! Your sound mixing between your soft speak and the music creates the perfect ambience. It all adds so intensely to the ASMR! Incredible.
The ever-so-talented Goodnight Moon has graced us with another video. Why are we blessed to have such a treasure?! You look amazing in this, seriously!!!
How fitting that when I’m binging your videos you upload a new one! I’m always amazed by the complexity of your set up and how truly immersive it is. Your interior design skills along with styling, writing, and acting are just beyond amazing!
Erin's 1920s series are one of the best asmr videos ever!! Also my fav, i just love the architecture, fashion and overall vibe of these times. And Erin performs it immaculately
this is so beautiful! this 1920s series has such a special place in my heart as a lover of history. The only inaccurate thing is that i happen to be quite tall in this haha x
1:50 when you were petting the fur and said "pardon my familiarity" it made me think of you playing a villain that's stolen the viewers pelt (viewer is a selkie), enemies to lovers vibes.
This is absolutely perfect for tonight! I'm currently writing a story that takes place in the 20's and this video is perfect to get into the mood and it gives me so much inspiration, especially for the look of my main character. Thank you so much! :3
I love the music in these 1920's roleplays. it completes it for me and makes me feel like I'm actually there with her in her little shop, thanks for another amazing video erin!
1920's and the babblebrooke series are the ultimate asmr videos so interesting and relax the amount of thought and effort clearly put into them is amazing
Amazing!!! Absolutely top notch! The background music, the details, textures, labels on the containers. Your eye make-up and the hair decorations. Just mesmerizing! Keep up the great work! I always look forward to these role plays.
It's almost funny how much new music I've gotten from you. From the "Outside a party" videos, to your pacific north west cabin getaway, to the 20s videos. Just a bunch of bangers 🤙🏼
I really appreciate that she takes us from the awful 20s we're having now to a glamorous soothing 20s that gets my mind off things for a little while. Its like traveling back in time to visit a friend 😊
ahh i adore this video along with all the others Erin has put out!! Mouth sounds make me cringe a bit due to sensory problems with certain noises but powering through it is worth it for the tingles i get from the hand movements, vocabulary, etc :))))
Oh I love when there's music!! Will 100% be watching, then later sleeping to this masterpiece. Ty for sharing! I can't fathom the endless hours of work that goes into making your uploads. Great job as always! 👏 ❤
Is it weird i listen to ASMR while playing games?? not a relaxing game like minecraft of something along those lines, no i mean like Call of duty, Apex legends and overwatch 2, Don't know why but it helps me concentrate and not rage as much, So thank you for making my gaming that much more enjoyable
Seriously!! Do you have a channel or tutorials on how to do your makeup looks?! Cause I know I'm supposed to be enjoying the tingles but I keep staring at that eye shadow! 🥰
Two thoughts: 1) That top is diviiiiine. 2) I need someone to teach me the ways of making wigs look that natural. Since I have to wear them (thanks PCOS!), I'd really like them to look like they're actually growing out of my head.
Lace front wigs are the way to go! They're more costly than non-lace-front, but so worth it imo 👏🏻 you can customize the hairline however you want since it's sewn into a panel of lace. You can also either glue down the edges with some skin-friendly glue like spirit gum, or just secure it with the clips that usually come in the wigs 😊 I just know a little bit about those types of wigs, but I hope this helps! 💖
There’s even full lace wigs which can be worn in more styles! It can be parted anywhere, braided, and even put it up because the back can be glued the same as the front on a lace front so it looks like a natural hairline. They’re also more breathable for your scalp. That said they are even more expensive that a lace front which is already more than a non lace wig.
I am so obsessed with the 1920s videos i don’t even know how many times I’ve rewatched them! The way you capture my attention literally takes my breath away!
That opener with nails on beads- you got me, ASMR for sure. I love the attention to every detail you always put into these role plays. Every artistic touch and prop and costume detail... the amount of time it takes, can't even imagine, but the results are amazingly entertaining for us. Thank you.
I just adore the fact that Erin makes the videos so realistic yet relaxing and seems to make the listener feel like they are traveling back in time. I think it's just wonderful.
Your makeup and costume design + scenario and acting as always are PHENOMENAL. Couple that with genuinely tingling ASMR, your vids are such a treat. Seriously.
This video is amazing, the 20' producction in all of them is just mesmerazing. Remember to update the playlist, Erin, so we can have the whole experience in one place, thanks for the content
it's the fall season, and i feel like listening to music, watching asmr and television related to 20th century. such a cozy feeling i needed, and you delivered it ! Especially when you included music in the video!
I tried recreating this look with my rust palette and some liquid shadows and moondust lol I've watched the video twice just because I'm entranced by the makeup. Such a gorgeous look and wonderful video. Even if no one sees this I just wanted to say how inspired I was by the makeup look that was served in this video 🥰
@@RavenSutcliffe i also want to know. I know its not their peaches one im trying to figure it out Edit: it is the "ornate" palette by colourpop i am assuming it is discontinued
Ugh, this is just what I needed after the day I’ve had. Thank you so much for the content 💜 I love this series and all of your videos honestly! I always rewatch your videos when I fall asleep to them to get the full affect 💜
This roleplay made me realize how much I love the sound of beads. But also I couldn't help but think you'd do an amazing Queenie from fantastic Beasts roleplay. Maybe you can someday I thought because the hair style looks the same! 😊
I'm always amazed by the quality of these video and the acting... I feel like I'm in a different world. There is a bit of french text on some products, I thought I could try to translate it: 6:18 «Vinaigre basalmique, pour l'usage de la toilette» -> Basalmic vinegar, for toilet use 7:03 «Savon supérieur. Fabrication française» -> Superior soap. French manufacturing 13:44 «Savon pour les bébés» -> Soap for the babies 16:33 «L'auréole. Savon extra fin à la violette» -> The Aureole. Extra fine violet soap 18:12 «Pêches 1er choix» -> 1st choice (premium) peaches 18:17 «Le langage des fleurs» -> The language of flowers 25:18 «Eau de Roses» -> Roses lotion I might have missed some
The suddenness of our entrance and how quickly dear Moon gets us seated, it seems to me we might not have intended to come here, (walked into the wrong shop,) but we're too deep now and just sitting there with the most BEAUTIFUL makeup ever like...."well, I went out for bread but I'd be rude if I didn't buy s o m e stuff, right?"
I’d love to see a 1920’s circus: doing your clown makeup or fitting you for your circus costume. I love your videos btw I watch them every night to fall asleep ❤️
