The year is 1984.... The year of Ghostbusters, Gremlins and The Karate Kid...not forgetting The infamous Video nasties scare in the UK.... Join me and become a member of 'Flo's Videos' as you search for a few scary horror movies for a Halloween Sleepover - although NOTHING is more terrifying than the hideous mullet wig I was wearing! it was soooo itchy.

This video was absolutely fantastic! One of the best I’ve seen in the ASMR genre (with not many others if I’m honest). Your collection is really epic and I just love the acting you’ve put into this. One note: I would never in a right mind say no to Nightmare On Elm Street, Night of the Living Dead or (my favourite of all time!) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I must say that the old school Cronenbergs and Cannibal Holocaust is really exceptional for a collection haha. Anyway, terrific job on making this masterpiece of a video!

I really appreciate all the work you put into your videos. I’ve been watching your channel since your video where you talk about your Beatles and The Lovin’ Spoonful records. That video actually got me into listening to The Lovin’ Spoonful. So thanks for that! I especially like the Alien and The Shining videos you did. I’ve watched those over and over. This one is super nostalgic for me because I used to work at a video store back in the day. I cracked up at the part with the lady who forgot to return The Exorcist.

I have a VHS player in my closet. The only VHS tapes I own are the original Star Wars trilogy, the untainted ones. When I feel nostalgic I set it up and pop them in, good times.

Pretty much in the very early days of home video it was anything goes .... but in 1984 a act has passed in Parliament whuch called for every video to receive a certificate ...and lots of films were outlawed. These days some of the films are very tame I believe hahaha

Im horror obsessed. There's one I don't know on here. For some reason I'm not even getting anywhere on IMDb. Does this have an alternate title? If not, who directed it? Awesome video by the way. I'd love to see one of these set after the bans are in effect and you're being shady and have the nasties under the counter
