I was craving mango kulfi and I used whatever I had at home. Luckily I had mango puree. This is the easiest mango kulfi you'll ever make... no condensed milk nor cream needed. It will sure make you happy!

MANGO KULFI RECIPE:
Ingredients
4 cups of milk (1 litre)
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup of canned mango puree
chopped pistachio nuts for garnish (optional)
Method
In a sauce pan pour in milk. Stir and bring to boil over medium heat.
Then add sugar and keep stirring until the mixture has reduced in half.
After that turn off heat and let cool.
Once cool add 1 cup of mango puree and blend with a hand blender.
Pour mixture in a container and let set in the freezer for 4-5 hour or overnight.
Once ready serve you mango kulfi with chopped pistachio nuts. Enjoy!
