OMG it finally hit me we are really at 3k subscribers like whaaat you guys are amazing I mainly started this page for fun and my anxiety but I got a whole family out of it. the powder play was not too long because it was 2 am and my husband was ready to shut it down loll. almost all 40 blocks were whole I was so happy because this gym chalk usually comes broken I was ready to get upset then It surprised me loll.

Gym Chalk is magnesium carbonate and helps to secure a proper grip by soaking up the moisture on your palms and fingers. While some people like to use weight lifting gloves, the best way to a firm grip is by using chalk which is the reason why gymnasts and power lifters use chalk. you can buy it off of amazon, ebay, etc.
