i wish my nurses were this lovely during my stay! they felt moreso like strict teachers than mental health staff! i’m now 19 and better managing my schizophrenia, but i do come to your videos often (read: daily, LOL) if i’m feeling an episode coming on; you have such a grounding, calming aura and even through a screen you make me feel so safe and secure. thank you, thank you so much. 💖

The nurse Rachel made me jump not gonna lie ha. I wish I had somewhere to go right now. Somewhere like this, with someone like you! I'm not doing good, hence why I'm searching yt for stuff to calm me down. I wish the mental health help wasn't so crap in the UK. Currently just waiting waiting for the mental health team to contact me. Until then I have to just... Survive I guess. tbh I'm not sure how to feel when I see mental health rps because I've continously been denied a visit to a psychiatrist (I've been told to visit one on multiple occasions and I've only recently started seeing a psychologist but she triggered my anxiety and made me feel invalidated-) so I'm like oh look it's something I can't have 😖
