My iPhone actually has been acting up and I need to go to the Apple Store. The problem is that the store is mayhem- loud, crazy busy, etc, a drag. It would be amazing to find you in an Apple retail store, not only to fix the problem, but to enjoy the experience so much!

It's highly admirable the amount of research you must have done to learn all these things! 25 this and 16 that, process here and shoobadibobba there. I didn't understand a word but had full confidence that you did.. Also just like the pharmacist video I think it's really creative to help several customers during the video and not just one.
