I got it from the tiktok shop, but if you look up Keyboard Fidget Toy on google you should be able to find many others who make them.

Not too rare. I started collecting about 2 years ago and my rarest card run at most 50 dollars vs my rarest Pokemon card runs 500 dollars or more if it was graded.
