for those curious: it's called astronaut ice cream because it is indeed what they eat in space! the food is usually freeze dried and sent up to the ISS (International Space Station) for the astronauts to eat while in orbit! and when you buy a bag, you simply eat it! no freezing required because that's how the astronauts do it! ❤🚀
