Welcome back friends :) Rummaging through a backpack for relaxation! Includes lots of backpack sounds, zipping, object tapping and inspecting with a light - and no talking. This is a style of video I often go searching for myself, so I thought I would make my own version! I find rummaging triggers and item inspecting so calming to watch. Something about the meticulous nature of being so detail oriented and thorough. Let me know if you enjoy this kind of thing 🤍

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.
