Banana and salted caramel smoothie 🍌🥤🍮
Ingredients:
* 1 banana 🍌
* x3 heaped dessert spoons vanilla yoghurt
* 100mls soy milk (any milk would be tasty) 🥛
* x4 pitted dates chopped
* 1 teaspoon chia seeds
* 15g (1/2 scoop) of salted caramel protein powder
* 1-2 heaped teaspoons of natural peanut butter (any nut butter would work)
Throw it all in and add ice 🧊
** It is a thick consistency so you can add extra milk if you like 💜
