@@Tanya-go9cb I could easily do the same thing, just film the vid, eat it and then I won‘t really have hunger for the entire day. And fast metabolism. Like if I dont eat 3 full meals a day and still workout regularly I just lose weight, its insane.

@@gargieroy9755 Actually, many people in Japan eat raw eggs. The yolk to be specific. And I'm pretty sure its safe for the most part. For raw meat, there are some dishes called tartar or something idk. But raw meat is definitely more unhygienic.
