Breath of the Wild was my first full Zelda game. You don't really need any back story at all! And then Tears of the Kingdom is a good follow up. Both are incredible games! Very Relaxing video, as always!

If ur looking for games similar to the Last of Us series in terms of engaging story telling and good graphics, I highly recommend Detroit become human and Until Dawn, especially Until Dawn cuz it's literally a playable horror movie and surprisingly good (literally and definitely better than recent horror movies these days). Believe a total completely online stranger (😏) when I say you will not regret trying these out! :) If ur gonna do a playthrough of it that would be a great idea too!

Sorry to hear about your lost footage Laura! Both of the newest Zelda games are phenomenal, but they are also a big departure from what the series used to be like. The Zelda series is also notorious for having irreconcilable storylines, so you don't have to be concerned about starting with recent games. If you're subscribed to NSO, take a look at Ocarina of Time and The Minish Cap, and go for whichever one catches your interest more.

I feel like realizing a recording didn't have audio is a rite of passage for every asmr artist 😂. I'd really like the stardew valley gameplay video (it'd be more suitable for asmr than TLOU imo) and I'd definitely subscribe to a second channel! I liked the "what's in my bag" and "what's in my iPad" videos the most among the videos you've recently posted. Thank you for another great video, the tapping sounded great 😊

That's a lovely collection of tapping sounds. 😄 If you do a Switch gameplay video, you can just film the screen directly with your camera. I feel like the Switch is perfect for that and it should make things easier, too. And yes, a second channel is an amazing idea! You could treat it as a side project as to not stress yourself out too much. But that's all up to you, of course. A vlog would be really cool as a future video, perhaps with a voice over 🤔 Imho anything is vloggable, from vacation to everyday life. It doesn't have to be spectacular at all to be entertaining or relaxing 😀

Btw some games I feel you would like are hollow knight and a new game I really love is called “A short Hike” I hope you try it out. Also you should give a Zelda game a try Breath of the wild you can go into with no knowledge and have an amazing time with it.

I highly recommend Tears of The Kingdom and Breath of The Wild. It would be nice to have Botw and Totk playthroughs if you make another gaming channel. If you are intimidated by these big games, I suggest Link's Awakening. I love jpgs so I would recommend Xenoblade (definitive, 2(has dlc), 3(has dlc)), Unicron Overlord, Fire Emblem, and Super Mario RPG. For less story-heavy games, Pikmin (1+2, 3, 4), Kirby and The Forgotten Land, and Luigi's Mansion (2/Dark Moon - coming out soon, 3) would be some of my suggestions. There are lots of great Nintendo-exclusive games, but I don't know what types of games you enjoy and what kinds of games you could play with the schedule you have.

hard to say without knowing what kind of games you prefer but I have relatively broad tastes so some of my favorite Switch games as of rn would be Metroid Dread (2d metroidvania), Super Mario Bros. Wonder (2d platformer), Splatoon 3 (team-based shooter), Metroid Prime (first person metroidvania), and Breath of the Wild (open world). plenty of other ones, Switch has an amazing library, but those are some of my top favorites. there’s really no continuity with the Zelda games. BOTW was the first one i’ve ever played and it works completely fine in a vacuum. the story is very minimal anyways
