Hi thanks for this video I found it helped to keep me in the present moment I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety disorder and depression and today was a really bad day a librarian was really rude to me and rude people trigger me so I've spent most of the day crying more than usual it's been a tough day they're all bad with complex post traumatic stress disorder but today has been harder than usual thanks for helping to keep me in the present moment I cry myself to sleep every night but if I can get to sleep before three in the morning and get more than three hours sleep and not wake up having panic attacks then it's a good night.
