One of the things I like about Sarah’s ASMR videos is her technique of interrupting our own anxious thought patterns with something slightly jarring or repetitive. Also strong eye contact helps a lot too! So much better than a camera on someone who is looking down for their entire video at the mic they are scratching.

OMG... You've got the biggest and brightest eyes I've ever seen 😳. Somehow they're kind of "extra soothing" (so to speak). I also realy like you're wispers and they way you repeat certain trigger words. This video gave me lots of tingles and caused relaxation very quickly. Thank you very much for this great content 😊🌻.

Hi! I just found your channel based on your comment under Gibi's how to start an asmr channel video. I am also planning to start an asmr channel, really like your audio. Can i ask you how do you edit it? I mean, i have recorded a few vids, just for practicing, for myself, but the white noise bothers me so much. Thank you! I’m definitely still learning. I usually record in audacity and use the noise cancelling feature to remove background noise :) and then from there, lower the volume at points I feel are too loud/jarring
