I once watched this animated movie called ‘Song of the Sea’. There’s a lullaby-like song which sounds very similar to this one. Its also very close to the Harry Potter background score named ‘A window to the past’. Love the Celtic/siren humming. Instantly transports me to this rainy-windy seashore❤❤
