What I like about Thailand street vendor they our having proper hygiene when it comes to use theire Utensil on their business so very clean..I remember ploysai on how to prepare her coffee in a street in Thailand.i hope one of this day I'll go in Thailand..

i am curious what the cup size they use and how they clean the coffee basket (Portafilter) after each brewing? I saw the basket (Portafilter) is clean and dry each time they fill the grounds...but how they did it? On the street they can not use much water to wash , right?
