ASMR | Calming Reiki for Sleep✨ Energy Cleansing, Fabric Sounds, Personal Attention 

Hello my captivating cacti, today's calming POV reiki session will help you relax and get some deep restorative sleep. We'll be doing some grounding practices to help quiet your mind, as well as energy cleansing so you wake up feeling refreshed.
We'll be starting with a face massage, as well as tracing your face to help ground you with some personal attention. Then we'll be doing energy cleansing by both negative energy removal with pulling and plucking, as well as sending you some positive energy. In between I'll be giving you a bit of a POV massage with fabric sounds to help balance your energy.
