You need to bake it on a pizza stone; not just on an oven rack. Or an aluminum disk with holes in it - don't know what it's called. That's what makes it crispy. Never fails.

You can make this at home, I’ve tried and it’s possible and it tastes good. There’s a dough recipe on a channel called Adam ragusea and I suggest you try that (use from pan pizza v2 video), From there make the pizza in the pan and add: half marinara sauce with half Buffalo sauce, low moisture mozzarella, some peppers, the chicken (which has to be cooked and added with Buffalo sauce separately), and than immediately put it in the oven at 450 for 5-7 minutes, if you are skeptical about your oven go and watch how much time it takes to cook in Adam’s video and follow that.

So ik this is kinda off topic... But I have to say it. One time I tried mochi ice cream and I hated it. I continued to watch sas asmr, and she makes everything sooooo satisfying. Then I stumbled upon a video with mochi. I watched it. She made it look so good that I was willing to try mochi again. Even though I knew I was gonna hate it. Pretty weird story, but that's just the affect of asmr.
