Phan!!! Love spicy noodles even though I can only do about half of the spice packet, but this looks sooooo good!! I have everything but the enoki mushrooms, but luckily I have a neighborhood market that sells all that good stuff...gonna have to go make a run..😋😋😋❤️

Looks delish as always. I gotta those are my favorite 🍄 in not a big fan of mushrooms but I really like those and I love the noodles. I love putting green onions in my noodles gives it so much flavor

Looks so cheesy!!! I had this bomb birria pizza today!!! Sounds crazy right? It was like on the bottom the crust and in the middle so much beef, the top with cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños!!! I was eating it like crazy dipping it in the sauce each time LOL! But 20 dollars per box!!
Do enoki mushrooms have a lot of flavor/a certain flavor? I’ve never tried them before, but I love the crunch and I’m just wondering if they have a much different taste than crimini mushrooms for example. P.s. I don’t even know where to find them!
They have a light mushroom flavor. Not noticeable if you eat them in something saucy or brothy. They usually pick up whatever flavor they are cooked with. It’s more texture than anything 😊

I use all kinds of greens not just spinach. Sometimes I use Bok choy, watercress, pea leaves…it depends on what I have in the fridge at the moment. Usually when I’m making spicy noodles it’s days when I have to go grocery shopping.
