Let’s all be honest here. We all are here since we’re hungry af. To be honest, I’m literally obsessed with noodles, and watching her eat all this good stuff everyday makes me so jealous. 😆😆😐😋🤤
For an easy cheesy recipe: - Cook Ramen like normal - Heat up about 1/4, maybe 1/3 cup of milk (in the microwave if it's easier) - fill the bottom of a bowl with cheese, any cheese! And as much as you want! (Would not recommend more than half the bowl, that's way too much cheese) - strain your noodles, add to bowl - put in about a teaspoon of butter - pour in the milk - mix together and BAM! Cheesy ramen 🍜🤤 Don't tell me how unhealthy or unprofessional it sounds, I don't give a DAYUM. Sometimes you just wanna eat junk food that's cheap 🍖 Eat a bag of baby carrots the next day, that'll even things out.

Idk if you’re gonna see this SAS but your channel helps me with recovering from an eating disorder, its hard for me to listen to my stomach as well as eat in public but your videos help me feel hungry and fight the anxiety of eating in front of others 💗💗💗 thank you for your channel!!!

She works out, and also most of her vids feature pretty healthy foods. Lots of fruit and veg and simply prepared seafood, not all that many with noodles or desserts.
Could you make a series called ‘WORLDWIDE WEDNESDAYS’ where every Wednesday u try some new food from a certain country, like England, where I’m from! Or Japan, Canada etc :)
i just wanna say how much these videos have helped me. i’ve had an eating disorder since i was 12 (i’m 16) and watching you eat such delicious food has given me the confidence to eat more and not be self conscious! tysm sas love your videos

@@cassie1891 the samyang ones 😉 so definitely the original fire noodle flavour but it goes quite nice with the carbonara flavour too. I've not tried it with the jjajang flavour yet but I bet that tastes heavenly too! Samyang noodles are great quality & I love spiciness but for days where I don't want as much spice I add the cheese ☺
