Trying too sleep. Been struggling with insomnia recently but ur videos help, finna reup soon which helps too but ive been learning how to smoke in a healthy way. I used to just blow all of my money and smoke it all quickly but recently ive found the benefit of scheduling how much ill smoke, when and just being mindful. My lifes been changing for the better recently and instead of using weed to cope with my depression, im using it to help sleep, focus on my goals and overall increase my quality of life
