In this video, I got a scalp treatment from a Chinese spa. The hospitality was 10/10 and I will definitely come back!
My scalp was oily, clogged and had a lot of inflammation. The treatment treated those issues and I will have to come back for the inflammation.

Yes, I’ve been trying to figure out how this could be done with natural black hair and gave up because I decided I’d rather not have my hair all tangled up after one of these sessions… I don’t know why I didn’t think about braids

I love ❤️ how they try to ask you in English before resorting to Chinese. It’s so nice they try. Love from USA. 🇺🇸 However we can’t be ignorant in other countries and have to try and use translations to help.

They do try indeed which is lovely. Translators are my life because they help me through my experiences here because Chinese is the main language. I translate from Chinese to English throughout my sessions such as this one in the video. Finding a technician who speaks English is always a bonus 😅✨

I don’t know what state you live in but they got one in Houston and LA and it’s just like this. I think the one in LA is expensive like $300 for this treatment. The one in Houston Katie Texas is like 120 you just gotta do your research.

Every time I see one of these I always wonder if they would do this on locs. I really want to try but I don’t know if the locs would be off putting.

You can always try and see, you never know but I think it should be fine as long as you guide them on how you’d like them to wash the locs…I always explain first
