Your body needs dietary fat, but it's best to limit saturated fats intakes. Saturated fat turn white at room temperature, braised pork belly fat has been broken down and doesn’t turn white, and doesn’t taste fatty. My Canadian upbringing tells me, everything in moderation. But it tastes so good.

Honestly though, I do not think I could put straight fat in my mouth and eat it, I do not like slimy fat and I am very sensitive to textures but wow she makes it look so good right! Like you do not even have to chew that fat no, you just swallow it! How is that enjoyable I would love to know!
In the last video, I wish she wasn't wiping her lips so much to get the juices off cuz that just irritated me! What's wrong with just licking your lips lady like all the other times? She totally missing out on the juices & the flavor!

Others people that high metabolism needed to eat at least 2 kg to maintain their weight or they will get malnutrition, it is severe and at the same time it's unlucky for poor people who gets diagnosed like that.
