NEEDED THIS! I have such a bad headache right now. Cried like I havent cried before yesterday for about 3 hours, and that continued into today for an hour. Just have a heating pad on my head right now, and it's helping a bit. All good reasons. I ended up putting 1k on my 20% interest credit card(first credit card, how fun) for school related expenses in May. Ended up telling my boyfriend about it after I explained I can't seek intensive psychiatric treatment because I need to get a job to pay it off soon. He lended me the 1k and just wants me to pay it back when I can because he knows interest kills people much less my mental goop is killing me. I've never had someone so supportive and caring. I love him so much. Going on 3 years, but I'm hoping he'll be for life :)

Also to answer your question in the last video about my trip. You asked what the Memphis Pyramid was. Basically it's a huge silver pyramid that your able to go to the top of with a elevator which we did and there is also a huge bass pro shop inside but there is other cool stuff such as a bowling alley! Anyway I really am looking forward to this! The last chiropractor video gave me so many tingles! The bone adjustments and cracking sounds were tingle heaven and the massage was very nice too! I live by a statement that I tell my other family members such as my parents and grandparents that you're not truly old until you physically can't do anything anymore. Pretty much until you can't walk and stuff! But you clearly do so much! Also thank you for the support! I agree the internet is too public and that's what I'm a little worried about along with honestly me being not that confident in my own appearance.

Omg this video! I’m a huge fan of the sounds of bones cracking but I don’t always want to see the actual body go through the motions, this was a great alternative and I’ve watched it soooo much to relax
