She might do one meal a day diet, and fast or eat very little on days she isn’t filming! I lose weight still even if I have less healthy food, but only if it’s one meal of that stuff followed by very little the next few days. Just theorizing here bc it’s wild how she is so tiny

But the main thing you have to follow is that you have to focus when you eat your food, enjoy every bite, eat slowly, chew every bite perfectly
