more soggy food in milk please!! it’s my absolute favorite as someone who used to let her cereal/ cookies/ toast sit in milk just to get >specific< texture.

Yup, I understand the frustration of not being able to workout like normal. I sprained my ankle on the job about a month ago and had to figure out how to stay relatively active. It's still tough today since my job is to literally hike all day.
