a little explanation for the "I'll buy new one" comments. these shoes are not that cheap as you think in other countries. i live in Turkey and Nike is almost have prices like a luxury brand..
I just restored my af1 low’s in one day and I didn’t use any of this. All I used was soap and water to get mud and base dirt off, then I dried it and painted it with a mix of fabric paint and water all over the shoe. It turned out so good and I think it’s going to last pretty well. I’ll even put on a spray sealer.

Because I am working on getting the yellowing/rubber oxidation out of my own AF1's, may I ask you if the Raleigh Restorations - Ice cream restore rubber step in your process is absolutely necessary? May I just use the lighter fluid to get rid of the yellowing? Thank you.

I mix laundry whitening powder, vinegar, baking soda and water in a plastic tray. Water level is low enough so just the midsoles are soaking. The next day all the dirt will just wipe off with a damp cloth
Great video and I actually a new trick in the whitening process. However, I have a couple complaints. You should’ve steamed or ironed the toe box to remove the wrinkles and creases and before painting, sanding the leather with a fine grit would aid in the adhesion, coverage and overall slickness of the paint. But I did enjoy!

this whole process probably cost more than the shoes themselves, you can just buy a new pair. Nonetheless it's still cool to watch how to restore shoes by yourself
Yazan Hamdan i was expecting a way better restored shoe.....but yea, these go for less than $100......wouldnt waste this much time to only “semi” restore them
