I want everyone to do me a favor: Close your eyes and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth multiple times. While doing so, think about slowing your heart rate down. It’s helps you to relax. Have a good day! I think we can all agree that Grace’s videos are the bomb diggity. That had to be said.

Youthful Yanity now that you are doing it, you can’t stop thinking about breathing. Then you stop thinking about it and then realize “how do I do it subconsciously?” I have those thoughts sometimes

from a Social Worker perspective, I absolutely love that you thought of the people that could potentially be triggered by a holiday and I am so so happy for that. I really needed to hear the perspective at the end of the video. I have a really big problem with my actions that follow my reaction to a trigger. I project my emotions a lot. I will try my hardest to be responsible for my actions, because I love everyone around me, I just have been hurt in the past. Thank you for showing me that my emotions are valid, but that I can help myself and keep my loved ones safe and happy as well. Also, thank you for showing me a new way to treat myself, because I wouldn’t treat anyone else that way. I just wanted to let you know because you asked at the end of the video, I know I’m late :)

My Papa passed away on Easter a very long time ago and i was just watching this to fall sleep because I love your voice but I can’t believe you brought up the loss of loved ones on or around Easter. I heard that while i was falling asleep and that’s so weird to me what are the odds I picked this video to fall asleep to on Easter. That’s so sweet of you to be thinking about all the people who may have lost someone or had some sort of tragedy happen on the holidays. Thank you for your videos and your beautiful personality.
