In today's #ASMR video I take you through a series of eyes closed light trigger tests. This video can be watched without the need of opening your eyes apart from during triggers when told to open them briefly. Thank you all so much for the recent support. I hope you enjoy this video.

I’m not sure exactly what it’s called when you go from whispering to talking close up, but it gets me every time! Great job! Love the closed eye videos. If you ever wanted to incorporate finger flutters, I think it’d go well with your style 👍

I really love it when you give results for tests after them. Once when you told us to count you said "if it's around eleven then it's correct" and I felt super proud of myself for guessing it. Goes both to the math equations videos you made and to light ones (how many times did the light come into frame). Enjoyed it lots 🥰

Your superpower is definitely your voice. It’s absolutely mesmerizing. So kind and gentle and the way you speak is just- I’m not sure how to describe it but it’s peaceful. It can lull a person to sleep but not in a bad way. It’s more of a “wow I feel so comfortable with this person” kind of way. If that makes any sense. Thank you for the amazing video- this is one of my favorite triggers. Put me to sleep instantly but I had to come back and watch the rest the next night haha!! ✨❤️

This video is sooo good. The slow counting in my head really calms me down and brings me "down to earth" so to speak. Also the breathing exercises at the end made me realize that I would love it if you did a full video on the 4-7-8 breathing method. Breathing excercises are the best for helping me sleep and I'm always looking for a full video of just guided breathing but it's always half talking about nothing or just a few minutes of guided breathing followed by tapping or something. If you did a guided breathing exercise video I'd loop that shit every single night ❤❤

You have genuinely fixed my insomnia. I have depression and i always hated going to sleep because it took me at least 2 hours to fall asleep and i would have the worst thought spirals during these 2 hours. Now i just watch this video, sometimes 3 times if it doesnt work immediately, and i dont have thought spirals and i fall asleep faster. So thank you very much!❤
