Dad used to say you sleep when you’re tired. He used to work from 7am to 7pm in his stepdads building firm and then work to 2am on our bungalow. I have very little left of his estate.

I discover that I have anxiety from last September and I'm taking medicine and all symptoms of anxiety is gone expect the intrusive thoughts.. So I want you ask you what is the best way to deal with them if you don't mind.. Your videos about anxiety really helped me😊 especially at the beginning when it was extreme anxiety and panic atacks.. I was walking long long walks and listen your anxiety relief videos non stop it really helped me to feel not so alone..
