ASMR Comic Book Sorting and Cataloging | page flipping & unintelligible whispers

Todays video consists of tapping and page flipping through comic books. While I sort through the comic books with unintelligible whispers, I also take notes.
I’ve added a few gentle sound effects to help create the vibe that I am working in the back room of a bookshop on a rainy, overcast day. Please bare with my skill level as I’m experimenting with new things and ideas.

What is ASMR? A term finally coined in 2010, which stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. This is a feeling of tranquility, sedation, and well being triggered by gentle, placid stimuli such as whispers, crackles, crinkles, tapping, etc. It begins as a tingling, static-like, goosebump sensation in the scalp, down the back of the neck, and sometimes throughout the body. This is similar to auditory-tactile synesthesia , in which it causes a pleasant form of paresthesia. Not everyone experiences this sedative like sensation , but many can still find relaxation in the triggers.
Thankfully, RU-vid has a healthy and warm community of “ASMRtists” -people who specialize in creating content to provide the viewer ASMR. There are numerous genres within the community, ranging from role plays, object tapping, massages , pure ambience and atmospheric, and so much more. These can be a great tool for focusing on work, studying, or winding down to before sleep or when stressed.
