Note: I uploaded this video in 4k because RU-vid does NOT like when I fade my videos dark and tries to compress them so they look very pixel-y! We found the best results when you watch this in the highest quality :)
Straightforward trigger!! But one I've never done as a full video I believe... this one is inspired by those baby "hacks" where they lightly brush an infant's face with a tissue and they fall asleep LOLLLL! I also know I really love when ASMRtists get kind of quiet and take pauses and the darkness I hope will help really put you to sleep. We did fade the video gradually so that the light difference from me covering your eyes and uncovering them will be less and less jarring/contrast-y as time goes on/you fall asleep. I hope you like it! :)

I've been quite SICK FOR A FEW WEEKS... which is really ruining my groove with filming - so unfortunately some videos that I've been excited to film/work on have been too much for me recently... I'm kind of playing it by ear for now (and I've been feeling much better so should be back into it this week, but since I film ahead a few weeks, you're just about to experience "sick Gibi" lol....)
In case I have to delay any uploads, I'll let you know on a community post! So far so good though. But forgive me for the more simple content upcoming... I know most of y'all will not even notice or just not watch if you don't wanna but let me just apologize for it anyway LOL

So I pretty much exclusively watch ASMR to relax, not to fall asleep, so I'm watching this while eating dinner after getting home from work. The second Gibi starts the trigger my "baby brain" just said, "yep ur gonna fall asleep in the middle of eating that corn on the cob." 😴

Yeah OG camera brushing videos only had the sounds of brush on lens. So many creators these days overlay mic brushing sounds on top, which for me ruins the experience.

Gibi I found you on RU-vid recently but the truth is that I have been in depression and I suffer social anxiety, and I have had stress problems, so it was very difficult for me to sleep or relax at times, but since I see your videos it costs me much less to sleep and relax, and when I start to get anxiety in places like the bus for example I just put on a video of you and relax more easily. The truth I doubt very much that you read this but I just wanted to say thank you (you're the best)

The reason I've consistently watched Gibi for the past 3 or 4 years now (however long ago it was when you had 100,000 subs) is because she always mixes it up! She's always doing something different or new, or something old a different way while also still coming back to classics. I often get bored of Asmrtists who have a certain genre and watch them on and off, but Gibi I'd always bringing something new.

When my niece and nephews were babies, I would almost always get them to sleep by running my finger up and down the bridge of their nose and across their eyebrows and back. Within just a few minutes they would be OUT. Ironically, the ASMR I find most relaxing is the up close personal attention videos like this! This is such an amazing video! 🤩

Omg, my mom used to do this all the time, because for as long as I can remember I've struggled with insomnia. Even being almost 21 she often tells me about how she loooved gently stroking down my nose and watching me fall asleep lmao. When I was really depressed as a teenager and could'nt sleep because of my crying, she sometimes lay next to me and did this until I fell asleep.
