First experience: when I was a kid I would always want someone to do my hair or play with my hair. I didn’t really understand what it was back then. In school when I was like 6 years old, my friends and I would take turns sitting behind each other on the carpet so we could braid each other’s hair during class and at home I would love whenever my sister did my hair. It was just so calming.
Same! I was one of the few girls in class with long hair, I’d always come home in braids my mama is a salon owner so I definitely had plenty of opportunities for some hair and scalp asmr
Same but it wasn’t with my hair. I was doing the kiddie makeup sets with my cousin. The makeup wasn’t good obviously haha but it was always so relaxing. That’s why I love stuff like this. It really reminds me of the carefree world of my childhood!
something about the whole "blink blink blink" thing is so relaxing and satisfying.. i need a whole video or compilation of just constant "blink blink blink" 😫❤️
I am almost blind in 1 eye, and I remember getting a LOT of eye tests as a young child and the exams always gave me tingles. To this day, eye exam ASMR with lights is my main trigger. I remember finding a Latte video of a cranial exam and I was hooked.
My first asmr experience was decades before the term was invented; I was sitting at my desk in the third grade and another student in my class stopped by my desk and picked up an item on my desk and curiously examined it and commented about it. I was completely shocked at the tingling reaction that this produced in me; I literally thought there must be something weird or wrong about me to experience such a reaction to something like this. This was by far my most intense asmr reaction ever. It was around 1968.
I had the same experience when I was a kid, everytime someone borrowed a pen or something that belonged to me , I also thought something was wrong with me 😅
I love the little detail for the people with large screens (specially on their phones) that can see everything even when they expand the video. That's awesome girl, thanks for the helping me sleeping ❤️❤️❤️
Well it has been more than 48 hours since my last cranial nerve exam so better safe than sorry. 😜, my first asmr experience?hmm let me see,it was late at night, i couldn't sleep, i found your channel and was instantly hooked.
I am watching asmrs for a long time even don't remember the very first experience, but I do remember in the beginning I was not sharing this info with friends and other people, not because I was ashamed or smth, I just know everyone needs time to find the right asmr video, if they say they don't enjoy it, it's not true, they just need to find the one. Most of them don't know that many film uses asmr sounds to make you feel that moment. I remember I constantly am watching from the beginning of 2020, it was a tough year and still tough for me now. Asmrs helped me so much, especially the roleplays, it reduces my anxiety and depression and sometimes midnight loneliness Thank you for asking Valentina, I really enjoy how you ask us about different things lately 💜💫
thnkas for sharing this, Tatia 💜 what you said is true, it's all about finding the right type of video! Also, I understand how you feel because I also used asmr for relaxing during a bad period of my life 💜
my mother washed my hair over the kitchen sink from a very young age until I was in elementary school. it was so relaxing and gave me tingles. to this day I like going to the hair salon for a shampoo and cut.
I remember being little and playing tracing games with my friends where they would trace figures on your back along with a poem or nursery rhyme. Like. That gave me so much relaxation but I never knew what it was. When I got into middle school, I started getting insomnia, but was getting into meditation and so I found the ASMR community after watching some meditation videos on RU-vid. 8-9 years later, I still listen to ASMR
Fantastic cranial nerve exam Val, so tingly and amazing sound quality, so many nice sounds. The tuning fork was nice and I also really liked this part here from 10:00 - 11:14, the light shining through the stickers, that looked great 👍👍Congrats on 225k subs and have a nice week 😊💖
Everything is perfect. Beautiful work Val!! All your videos make me so relaxed. Attention to detail makes your videos enjoyable until the very last second!!❤
I was 7 and there was this audio recording of a virtual barbershop experience explaining how your brain works in perceiving audio, and my cousin was making us listen to it on her phone with earphones on. It felt so realistic and tingly it was very nice.
First experience was actually one of your videos! I was 14 weeks pregnant, prepping for a move while my husband was in training and decided to try the hype! So glad I stuck around with you❤️
It's my first time to watch your premiere. Had a lot of fun. You and Latte are my go to asmr artist. Thank you a lot for making these wonderful videos. Stay safe 😊 💜💜💜💜
Somebody shared cosmic tingles on Facebook and I watched it . And that’s how I got In to asmr . It was just her for a while then I found more asmr artist . August is my favorite. I’ve been watching your videos for a couple weeks now to . And I love it . Keep it up
I remember getting a really relaxing feeling whenever people explained things to me. Like a math teacher helping at the table... But today it's inaudible whispers, measuring, glove sounds and cranial nerve exams 😇 The way you whisper is amazing! Thank you for your great work and high quality videos.
Love the color pen part. This reminds me of my childhood when I used to draw or write while enjoying sweet smells coming from highlighter color pens. I feel like I could really smell the fragrance when you brought the pens to the camera. Enjoyed and relaxed. Thank you!
This is the first video I’ve seen from your channel and I’m not sure what camera you are using to record but it is amazing and helps make the video so much more relaxing and realistic! Definitely watching more of these thank you!!
I always wondered why I got tingles when being asked questions. I found out when ASMR rolled around and got past the noises only phase. It is so calming... I listen to it every night before I sleep
The first ASMR experience I can remember is being in elementary school with a substitute teacher who had an unusual way of writing on the chalkboard. She would lift the chalk off the board for every stroke of a letter. For example, to write a lowercase “a,” she would write a “c,” then lift the chalk and set it down again to draw the vertical line on the right side of the “a.” She did this slowly and deliberately for every letter. Unlike a lot of other commenters though, I assumed it was normal and everyone experienced what I did. The other teacher I had who got me with the chalkboard was the prof I had for linear algebra in college, who would tap the board with her chalk at the end of every line she wrote. I enjoyed that class a lot.
First experience was in watching the Peter Pan movie called "Hook." When I was about 9. The scene is when the small lost boy is closely examining Peter's face, trying to figure out where young Peter is inside the grown adult face. John Williams' music score is tender, touching, & intimate. Or it could have been with my old eye doctor. Either way.
First ASMR experience is lying down in my mother’s laps during the summer when all my aunts visit the country. They are all calm old women who would start chatting in whispers in the night so they are not loud for the neighbors. It made me soo relaxed and tingly.
My 1st asmr experience was after hearing about it on the radio, i went to check it out and found a video done by Gentle Whispers, and it was a video where she was showing how to create your own triggers using a pillow with coins sewn in to it.
I'm so sad I've missed another premiere, they're so much fun! My first asmr experience was when a beauty blog i follow created asmr skincare videos, they were ok, but not as great as I later found out asmr could be
My 1st asmr experience was on TikTok six months ago and it felt like we were kids playing silently under the table in the middle of the night, not to wake up anyone in the house… Since then i watch asmr videos whenever i need to relax and i still got tingles ❤️
first experience was in elementary school when the teacher would walk around the classroom when we were quiet - listening to her heels click on the floor was so satisfying and I never understood why. and then the turning of book pages did the same thing
my first ASMR experience was actually through a youtube ad lol😂 it was a ad for a skin care brand, the concept of the ad was that some else does your skin care. and then i really liked that video so i searched more asmr like it and eventually i found you!♥️ also i absolutely loved this video & you looks very pretty as always :)
I remember that I used to feel these weird tingles when my friends would braid or play my hair at school and would feel weak but now here I am, in bed, craving for the tingles to sleep
First experience: Hook starring Robin Williams. When the little Lost Boy is stretching Peter Panning's face, it gave me huge tingles, and then he happily says "Oh THERE you are, Peter!"
My first ASMR experience was with Gentle Whispers done by Maria, she was great and possess great talent at soothing and calming. Her approach to lulling people to sleep was excellent.
First time I can remember was being at camp as a little kid and this cute girl was playing with my hair by the campfire, other guys were trying to make fun of me and say how girly I was but I was in heaven 😂 This was a great video, tbh better than any other asmr I’ve seen. So many great parts but man, when you say blink blink blink.. and the part with the scented markers and describing the colors, my whole body was so relaxed and tingly. Not a lot can make me feel that way anymore. Idk how you think of all your little tricks but thank you for what you do. Just found this channel today
I love your videos! You always give me the tingles and I get so sleepy. Thank you for putting so much effort into your role play ASMR. You have a gift💜💜💜💜💜
my first asmr experience was when i was young and my mom brushed my hair whiich is classic, i've only found out about asmr in 2020 WOW game changer now, I love this community and ASMR-artistry - funny tuning forks the left ear loves it and my right ear not so much heheh keep up the good work
Every little detail in this is just WOW😅👏🏻🌟 and your voice is SO CALMINGG☺️💕 I could listen it it for hours!!🤪 Amazing video Valentina!💘 Answering the question.. My first experience was when my friends play with my hair at school and i don't react so they keep doing it😃👍🏻
Random appreciation but the aspect ratio she uses works great on my phone model. I have a Note so the screen has those waterfall edges. The letterboxing looks nice. 👌🏻
Your videos are focused and immersed in me without realizing it. Today was a bad day because of something I was not in a good mood for... I feel relaxed and healed. thanks for the good video Have a happy time.😊👍🌈💖✨
First experience: in the movie Hook with Robin Williams, there’s a scene where a kid puts on his glasses and stretches his face… I would rewatch it over and over as a kid before I knew what it was!
BLINK! BLINK! BLINK! Is a staple of your content and I'm all for it :) As for my first ASMR experience, it was actually your channel! I told a friend I was having issues sleeping and she recommended your channel, back when you had 70k subs or so
My first ASMR experience? When my grandfather was drawing a picture for me. I was a little kid then and now it's 15 years since he's gone. And I still have this drawing.
