Fun fact: making yourself yawn and chewing motions are great techniques to help combat panic attacks. Yawning tricks the brain into thinking you're tired. Chewing tricks your brain into thinking you're eating. Both trick your brain into not panicking. I love this video. The constant instructions are great for distracting the internal thoughts. she rocks the red lipstick so hard she looks actually stunning. the eyeshadow look is such a serve, but for anyone who wants to replicate it, i highly recommend topping it off with a stronger gold shimmer. i have this lovely shimmer from Terra Moons Cosmetics in the shade Martian, and the moment I saw this look, I thought of it. but any gold shimmer would do. even overdraft from urban decay, but that one might be too "opaque". smth a little translucent, more glittery. BUT. the shimmer she has on is already stunning and it suits her wonderfully. this is more if ur an attention whore like me and love having a shit ton of glitter on ur face. man i missed her content and makeup so much but ive been so unbelievably busy with work and uni. vid works great as background noise btw for anyone trying to study (only if youre not distracted by occasional talking - i personally do best when i can hear some conversation in the bg so this was perfect for me) love the vid btw!!! thanks for the fantastic content!!
Hi Nic, thanks so much for your videos. I track my sleep with Fitbit since my sleep quality isn’t that good. While watching your videos i fall asleep so easily and for example, yesterday i watched around 10 min of this video, fell asleep and i can see i was in DEEP sleep for 1,5 hour straight! The more deep and REM sleep, the better i feel the next day. So you are improving my quality of life (and i think not only my life ;) )
