Gotta show you the pinch and bite method like we do it in Louisiana! Went to a crawfish boil the other week and had so much leftover. Made some crawfish fettuccine alfredo with the rest, and it was devine *chef's kiss*

It's crawfish season here in South Louisiana "Lafourche Parish to be exact" Someone is always having a crawfish boil at their house on the weekend. So we are eating crawfish every week at least once a week. Great food and great company equals the perfect crawfish boil. On your next crawfish video try making our dip "mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup" perfect dipping sauce 😋

I’m one of the ORIGINALS from New Orleans but I’m now a resident of Memphis TN… not everyone can boil some good crawfish it always depends on WHO’S cooking it… no shade

You should definitely try it!!! It's one of my faves! I order it with shrimp though because the crayfish take too long to tear apart lol. But the sauces are so yummy

@@TheLatinaBabyGurl If you eat crawfish often it’s not that hard to peel. You just have to learn the technique. I’m Pure Cajun I was raised on Crawfish.

Looks amazing...I've never had crawfish..we took my granny to a fish place where she wanted to eat catfish..an the boys wanted to try the crawfish but only if their granny tried it first..she said it tasted like dirt..so I never would try it..now I have family down in Louisiana that love it

Hey! A peeling tip- put your index finger underneath the back shield before you take off the tail part, and just lift it up! So much easier when it comes to eating the head 😛
