Best thing to do is build yourself up into the person you want to find. That process of growth will put you in the same spaces as the people who are worth your time (which is not the club 🤣). Your stories remind me of my 20s and that’s what I wish I could go tell myself in 2017 after my big breakup. Anyways, wishing you big growth and success moving forward.

@@VNAASMRRight. I wasn’t saying you’re looking for a man at the club or in general. What I was saying you’ll find relationships worth your time where people are trying to grow like you are. Spaces like grad school, conferences (business, RU-vid, real estate for example), upscale gyms, work, meet ups, volunteering, etc.
I appreciate your honesty when it comes to this series. It’s rare to hear a woman talk about the dating scene in this way. This is a season of healing and building yourself back up. I do think you’ll find real love one day when you are ready/wanting it. You just need to invest in someone worthy. They are out there. You just need to sort through the crazy men hahaha. When my partner cheated on me I was so heartbroken. I spent so many months after that, hiding in my room and talking to no one. It literally affected my academics and I think I made it worse by being in isolation. It exacerbated these deep insecurities he left me with and I couldn’t stop comparing myself to the girl he cheated on me with. I was eventually back on my feet but after that, I vowed to never go into that dark hole ever again. When a man cheats on me again, I will simply leave him and be OUTSIDE😭🤣 I’ll never ever let a man try to take my joy and my youth like that ever again😂😂😂 anyway, I’m genuinely so happy that you’re embracing the season you’re in, you’re having fun and doing it in your standards❤️ no man lying to you or stressing you out!
