Total opposite. each to their own, but flitting from one to another, does not a relaxing atmosphere make. To calm my mind and stop it thinking one thing after another, it help by sticking to one thing. As I said we are all different.

This asmr actually feels like it’s in my ear. Other asmr just has the normal sounds you’d use, but it sounds like any old junk that would come through my headphones. With this I can feel the vibrations coming through. Nice job! Edit: only at a certain volume though. Like always. Asmr doesn’t work for me over about 30%.
