This is my favorite advice from a Helmut video. I’ve seen this video many times before. He is always just so warm and welcoming and I know it’s therapy video but the advice is on point. The information you give especially about the ego is right. Sometimes I just go to that specific part where you share and talk about “being able to give up being right even when you know you are”. That hits on so many levels.
Yes Helmut! We love your sharing, your eye contact, your golden gems / nuggets of letting go of being right! THANK YOU FOR all your words of wisdom.... in a way that is so easy to hear!
A relaxing video I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety disorder and depression and I do struggle with making eye contact but it does help me to feel more grounded and more connected with someone and more in the present moment when someone asks me to look at them and making eye contact does help me to be more in the present moment and not caught up in the images and the thoughts of the abuse that's happened to me thanks for making me feel more connected and less anxious I can go back to this video to help me feel more connected and to feel less anxious and to help me to calm down from a panic attack.
Perfect timing as always. And I love this side of Helmut though I nearly didn't recognize him without the little schnitzel. Him mentioning him punctuality made me laugh 😊
Eye contact is one of the harder things for me, I have aspergers, I make well and look just above of below eyes your videos have been great all for helping with this and the anxiety that goes with it, today's was even better. Plus I love Helmet
I know this video is kinda old but there's a question, do you always think of a script or are you improvising? It's great how many beautiful, deep thoughts and topics you're talking about... Greeting's, hope you're happy and healthy :)
i'm chronically late because I have horrible ADHD and time is weird for me. i try really hard to be on time, but when you have the time management skills of a goldfish, trying only gets you so far.
