If it’s any comfort some of it is probably very old and the pigmentation is mostly gone. I keep my makeup pallets for WAY longer than the recommended 12-24 months on the packaging. But I know after a few years it’s time for them to go and with so many colors I only hit pan on one or two fave shades in each pallet. Makeup can technically expire so I’m sure she didn’t waste anything she hasn’t had for long enough
