This is an Eye exam video in dark room. I will be checking your eyes with 2 different lights, (fast and slow) then check your peripheral vision, check your cranial nerves with my hands, then use 3 different eye charts (Letters, numbers, Colors) to test your sight. Its the most detailed eye exam video I have done so far. I hope you enjoy it💖

I love eye exams & light triggers! I personally like both lights BUT I’ll choose the second one since it’s easier on the eyes. Tips for iPhone users: I do a few things to get a really dark screen for watching ASMR so I’d thought I’d share. 1. Go to brightness setting and change brightness to the warmer side 2. Have dark mode on 3. Reduce white point ( this one helps a lot)

this is the best asmr video from any asmrtist I know. Idk when I found this but I have watched it almost every night for like atleast 3 weeks or maybe a month and today was the first time I finished it. I usually fall asleep by 5-10 minutes into the video. then I suddenly wake up super tired and decide to turn off ja my phone. Love it, always fall asleep. (now my stomach just hurts that's why i can't fall asleep lol)

Fantastic roleplay by Dr. Lizi, thanks for the beautiful and very relaxing eye exam experience. And to answer your question, I liked the second light better, the warmer color was more pleasant to look at, I found the first one a bit too bright. I also really loved the finger following part, that was pretty relaxing to look at, had the same soothing and relaxing effect like hand movements. Great video 👍👍

Thanks for your video, Lizi. I like it how you did but to be honest light triggers are not my triggers. It hurts in my eyes and causes migraine attacks if I watch it too often and too long. So I am waiting for the next brushing-the-hair-brush-the-face-video with rain and thunder in the background🤗

Hi Mary I never watch light triggers, it gives me headache also. I am having headaches every night after filming. Studio lighting so hard on eyes😔 I made one hair-brushing before this one but mixed with makeup. That rain and thunder ambient is in my mind 👍

@@LiziASMR When my eyes are aching I use Euphrasia as drops. It is organic and helps a lot. Often I use also a tea of eyebright, put some cotton pads in it and these on my eyes which relax the eyes enormously.

(12:57) "What is your favourite colour?" (Galahad exits scene) I had an headache throughout this video, and had to pause it for a rest. You did warn us at the start of the video about this. I ignored the warning, thinking I could just listen to the ASMR and ignore the lights. When my headache cleared up, I found the light with the cooler color temperature still unpleasant to see.
