I’d just like to say that I usually don’t like the ads that a lot of asmrtist do at the beginning of their videos. I get they need to make money, I’d do the same thing. That doesn’t mean I have to like them. But you always do a really great job at making it just as relaxing as your actual video. Adding a nice visual to go along with how you’re explaining it is a nice touch. Instead of just whispering it for a couple minutes while sitting there. Again, I’m not judging anyone. I just want to applaud the way you make it a pleasant experience. Haha

Thanks for the video! Every opinion deserves respect, I'd say tools DO help people take care of themselves. Some need a reminder to drink water because they would just go a whole day without it and it is likely to do some harm, for example. Not having a clue of where to start or how to organize yourself may be more overwhelming than trying an app. Doctors are a kind of tool too, but not everybody can afford the time or money. I would not blindly support anything I do not know, like that app, but each case is unique and there are people who would benefit from tools. While some people cannot balance things, others can learn what and how much is good for their health by using such tools without getting overwhelmed by them.
