In the "ASMR market", diversity and collaboration might actually benefit both creators and audience since I am sure most of us "consumers" tend to build some tolerance even to the best of creators and we need a change. So, for example, if I feel that I've had enough of, let's say, SRP ASMR, I might move on to other creators and get back to SRP ASMR later to fully enjoy it again.
This was delightful. I didn't realize for a little while that this was intentional ASMR. And I mean that as a HUGE compliment. So much ASMR is too self conscious. This is deliciously unpretentious
This is great. I usually only watch unintentional ASMR. But this was so good and so realistic. And just knowing that you’re also a real optician adds that unintentional quality to it which most of the other intentional videos miss. You’ve made me a fan. Great stuff.
Unfortunately it’s easier said than done very few opticians do this service but if you shop around . Expect to pay more for them as there is a lot more work goes into thrm
We have some of the highest standards of eye care in the uk with three types of optician on the high street the optometrist does the eye testing the contact optician does the contact lens checks and fittings and dispensing optician does the front of shop work
@@c.heapasmr4608 I think my next pair of spectacls well be from the the uk haha. Here you just pick a pair and slap it on. No custome measurements. Thanks for the reply 👍
So no one is going to talk about the fact that this guys optometry office is in the middle of a pub? Got some eye charts bottle of proper twelve and some wine glasses! That must be that European universal health care system. All jokes aside love the video
So when I start a work project, such as tuning my skis or performing a fork overhaul on my mountainbike I start by opening a beer. So did you start with making a nice cocktail before this measurement project?
I think this microphone is not an omnidirectional microphone which means that for the best sound you must be speaking towards it. And indeed when you talk directly towards the mic it is fantastic. Can you put it literally between you and SRP as close to you as possible?
@@c.heapasmr4608 Yeah I saw it but that's what I'm saying if it was directly ahead of you (most of the talk you face SRP) the sound would be excellent all the time.
It does have an omni function. Maybe we’ll use that setting next time. The challenge for us is getting the microphone in the best location. But we shall work harder.
If I have a PD of 59mm would a frame with a 46mm lens width and a bridge 22 mm be ok 46-22=68mm which is 9mm out. I'm confused here do I need a smaller bridge if I have a smaller PD? Thanks.
The ideal size frame is 60 to 64 mm although some people have bigger heads if the frame is too small the eyes look like they are looking outwards and if the frame is too big it looks like the eyes are turning inwards
This guy is basically telling us his patient's face is messed up but in fancy numerical terms. Anyone else catch him flipping him off when "pointing" at the bone structure? 😄
It’s very rare to make bespoke glasses usually someone with abnormal features where a normal frame won’t fit as they can be manufactured so they look normal when worn
Does this count as asmr because it feels more like him explaining how his equipment works, even the other bloke looks like he thought he was meant to do role play but it's turned into an appointment 😂
@@c.heapasmr4608 unintentional asmr is what it says on the tin you can't do it on purpose, the point it being unintentional is that it wasn't meant to be asmr so then that means it's intentional asmr but if your viewers accept it as an interpretation then yes your channel outweighs my opinion and you can call it what you like but if its intentional then in my opinion it isn't asmr its just a tutorial of learning what the equipment is and how it works
I think you should try and move a bit the camera to the left or on the other side of your body, these angles aren't really good for these kind of videos
