Liza's hair is perfection! As a 34 year old who straightened my hair allll the time in high school and college, it took me a long time for me to get my natural curls back! Keep embracing those curls ❤️
@@rulingstone123 i am by no means an expert, but here's what works for me. I first stopped straightening my hair and I rarely blow dry my hair, even though it does result in better curls for me. I just avoid heat as much as possible! This is what's truly allowed by hair to heal and if I just let my hair air dry with zero styling, it now dries to nice, wearble waves. But if I want curlier, I do a styling routine. I wash my hair every 7-10 days and I haven't found any specific shampoo/conditioners that make a huge difference. Styling seems most important. My routine is.... When my hair is still soaking wet, I apply leave in conditioner, curl cream and mousse. Brush those through with a Denman brush. Gently scrunch out excess water with a microfiber towel. Apply gel using praying hands and gently scrunch. Let air dry or diffuse. Scrunch out crunchiness with an oil. This sounds like a lot but it's quick once you get the hang of it and I'm not a perfectionist. I use all Briogeo products, with the exception of Mousse which is Cake. Hope this helps!
