Not even gonna lie, the fact that you don’t really know what you’re doing with the makeup somehow makes it MORE relaxing 😂 definitely a new go to for me!

I wanted to leave a note saying thank you, Mark. I have a lot of stress in my life and the last few days i have multiple bad nightmares every night whilst clenching my teeth even more than usual. I finally had no nightmares and a restful sleep when I fell asleep to this video. I think the tingles but also how this video made me smile and giggle before falling asleep helped me.
